Return Policy Kraatje

14 days cooling off period

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product (unopened sealed bags). If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on info@kraatje.eu.
If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing (sealed) and unused. We will refund the full order amount, including delivery costs. The costs for the return shipment will be at your own expense

Please give in the follwing information:

• Trackingnumber original order or
• Ordernumber like this: XXXXXX-ok
• Press the start button
• Select shipping method (1)

(1) Costs may be included in carrier return options. However, these costs will not be charged at that moment. You can print the return label for free.

Follow-up procedure:

• Print return label
• Stick label on package
• Take package to shipping point

Return Policy outside EU

Importing goods is at your own risk (import cost, VAT, customs, etc ...). If you return goods without consulting with us first will not refund the order fully. Extra costs like import costs and custom fees, are at your own expense.

If it is a valid reason we will off course work with you to get it solved and we pay the cost if applicable.

Refusing to accept a shipment is considered the same as returning without consulting us first.

Returning orders without consulting us first: cost will be Euro 75,- (our cost and handling fees):

• If your order value is more the refund will be your order value minus Euro 75,-.
• If your order value is less, you will get no refund and we reserve the right to collect this amount from your next order.
